Abstract (EN)

In this study, we have aimed to determine the possible variances, which can be occurred by aging in the discus intercalaris locations of the rats? hearth muscles, immunohistochemically by using several markers. In our study, Zo1, E-cadherine, connexin43 and cloudin-5 have been analyzed by using indirect immunohistochemical methods in the hearth of 1-day, 22-day, 10-week and 20-month old rats. In addition to this, age depended changes have been determined by statistically in the samples which were obtained from the same groups. In the immunohistochemical staining, the expressions of the markers of the binding unit proteins were more dense and authentic in the 22-day old and 10-week old groups than the expression of the new born groups. In the developing hearth tissue, the expression was poor. In the 20-month old group, expressions have been observed as dispersed due to the degenerated discus intercalaris structure. In the statistical findings, starting from the 1-day old group the anticor expressions have been increased by aging. As a result of the Kruskal Wallis test, there were significant differences in the expression of the cloudin-5 and cadherine 1-day old group. In the 22-day old group cadherin and connexin expressions were significantly different from the cloudin-5 expressions. In the 10-week old and 20-month old groups, cadherin, connexin and Zo1 expressions were significantly different from the cloudin-5 expression.
