Opinions and recommendatins of the problems of regional boarding lower secondary schools

The aim of the study is to determine the problems of the Regional Boarding Lower Secondary Schools based on the opinions of Regional Boarding Lower Secondary Schools principals and teachers. Data for the study comprised of the sample of total 352 school principals and teachers assigned in YBO's during the 2017-2018 education year in Kastamonu, Samsun, Sinop and Çorum. The data for the study which was developed by Mustafa Göksel KÖROĞLU (2009) obtained from a questinnaire designed for school principals and teachers. The data of the study were collected through questionnaires developed for school principals and teachers. The construct validity of the questionnaire was analyzed by factor analysis and each part of the questionnaire was subjected to factor analysis separately. The second section of the questionnaire was divided into five dimensions. These dimensions were "physical infrastructure", "financing", "education and teaching", "students" and "staff". Each dimension was analyzed separately. School principals and teachers report problems "physical infrastructure", "financing", "education and teaching", "students" and "staff".There is a significant difference in terms of gender, type of duty, age, teaching experience, and significant differences in terms of financing according to marital status and teaching experience.Education It is determined that there is a significant difference according to the type of duty in the case of personnel where there is a significant difference in terms of marital status.
