Abstract (EN)

Investment incentive is a financial support of invests to provide the development of economy. Beside to enforce the economic development, investment incentive is the method of implement that eliminates economic differences of regions and provides the conditions to make the industry can compete in international level. Investment incentive have applied together with regional development plans to enhance the economy of undeveloped regions of Turkey.In the work of ?Investment incentives and Diyarbakır?; the application of investment incentives and its effectiveness in Diyarbakır has been an undeveloped region in regional development plans and Prior Regions in Development since 1960, was studied in detail.
