Abstract (EN)
Information technologies have a very quick and changing dynamizm. The production time is very important as the quality of products and variety, which help the company to compete in the front line, in every area which has strong contest. In this study, as a result of agile manufacturing, the scrum methodology of agile project management is used in reporting projects for enterprise resource planning department of a company which trades in fast-moving consumer goods area. With specified criteria in fuzzy VIKOR method, it is aimed to select an alternative project with high succes.
