Evaluation of service quality in software system: Dumlupinar University case

ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF SERVICE QUALITY IN SOFTWARE SYSTEM: DUMLUPINAR UNIVERSITY CASE GÖKTÜRK, Musa Department of Business Administration Master's Program Advisor: Assistant Professor Dr. Cemalettin DEMIRELI September, 2014, 107 pages Globalization has been transforming societies to information and technology societies through its dramatic affect throughout the world. Today, developments of the software services has been improving by following globalization's progressive characteristics. In our daliy life, it is greatly need to software services from shopping to transportation in every part of our life. In order to increase software services quality previously it is required that managers should determine factors of software quality. So called these quality indicators should be based on to meet user requirements. The purpose of this study is evaluated of the services quality of software systems at University of Dumlupinar. In this perspectives, it has been analyzed to quality factors of software services, user expectatons, and managerial implications. This study is a descriptive research. In this sense, survey method was used and research data were collected via structured questionnaire and convenience sampling method. It has been benefited to univariate and multivariate statistical techniques in the process of data analyzing.
