Abstract (EN)

The investigation of the effect of prevenar vaccine on serotype changing of Streptococcus pneumoniae and penicilline resistance at nasopharynxVaccination with KPA7, reduce pneumococcus trait, imperialistic infections and resistant pneumococcus subtypes was showed. However in recent years serious infection rates increased by serotypes which does not include in vaccine was reported. The reason is that the serotypes which nonvaccine replace with vaccine serotypes. In this study we investigate the effect of 7 constituents pneumococcus vaccine which was included in common vacine program, on pneumococcus serotype replacement which carried at nasopharynx and sensitivity of penicilline on serotypes which colonizated in nasopharynx.Hundred and fifty healthy, unvaccinated and not to improve hipersensitivity for content of vaccine, 2 months of infant was included in this study. Nasopharynx cultures received used by proper technique from these infancy. After the KPA7 application at 9th and 18th month nasopharynx cultures was repeated. Samples evaluted for Streptococcus pneumoniae in microbiology laboratory. Latex aglutination and special antiserum used for determination of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes. Disc diffusion and E test procedures utilized for penicilinle sensistivity evaluation in serotypes. In our study, we determined no significant rate of total colonization before and after vaccination (p:0.3243). Afterward the 3 or 4 times vaccinization with KPA7 we observed decrease in vaccine including serotypes, increase in nonvaccine serotypes and increased resistance for penicilinle in Streptococcus pneumoniae which colonized on nasopharynx after vaccinization (as percentage).İn this study serotype 11, 15, 6A and nontypeable pneumoccocus most common in nonvaccine serotypes. We determined no significant SP of colonization according to distirubition of season (p:0.914). We determined no significant among characteristic specification of study group with presence SP colonization and penicillin susceptible. Our study don?t observed, relative increment serotype 19A in nonvaccine serotype. We determined, increase serotype 6A, 15, 34, 10, 1. Increment of serotype 19A don?t distant possibility after the immunization on our country. We able to encounter relative increase infections with the nonvaccine serotype further period.Key words: 7 constituents conjugate pneumococcus vaccine, Streptococcus pneumoniae, serotype replacement
