Abstract (EN)
There are many changes and developments in the field of communication with the developing and changing technology. The food&beverage sector is also affected by this change. Recent developments in the Internet have changed the direction of communication. With the development of Web 2.0 technologies, an active target group that is more active, producing content and spreading content themselves in communication between the business and the guests. In this communication, in the old period, the message is directly from the source (guest) to the receiver (employee); Communication now goes to the receiver indirectly from the source. The main factor in this communication is social media circles, the end of web 2.0. Businesses are also actively using social events. In the world of globalization, the consumer's desires and behaviors have undergone a great change and the effect of traditional advertising areas also Has decreased over today's consumer. In this context, today's brands have started to see the most used internet as a new advertising space in order to reach consumers and establish stronger relationships. In short, marketing and advertising through social media; they must integrate advertising and marketing content into social media circles for the purpose of the company in other words they must expose it consumers. The content of this thesis is business groups which are offering food and beverage service in Turkey, and comments made by guests to their eating and drinking services. A study was conducted in the study, in which there were 28 questions in total, covering 6 main topics in which active social media users selected from specific social media areas were involved. Demographic characteristics of participants and their positions in social media were evaluated in the research. As well as general and specific advertising activities were discussed. It is a small group project aimed at directing the business-guest relationship in the food and beverage sector.
