Abstract (EN)
In this study, chalcone derivatives, which are starting compounds, were prepared from acetophenone and benzaldehyde derivatives. The obtained chalcone derivatives were reacted with guanidine in the presence of NaOH to obtain 4,6-diarylpyrimidine-2-amine derivatives (4a-e). The target compounds 1-(4,6-diarylpyrimidin-2-yl)-3-arylurea derivatives (5-9a-e) were obtained by reacting 4,6-Diarylpyrimidin-2-amine derivatives with the corresponding aryl isocyanate derivatives in DMF at 80°C. The structures of all compounds obtained were elucidated using spectroscopic methods (IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR).
