Synthesis of new 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine derivatives and investigation of some reactions

Abstract (EN)

In this study 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine derivatives were synthesized and some reactions were investigated. In the first stage, different arylidenemalononitrile derivatives were synthesized, in the second stage, 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine derivatives were obtained by using arylidenemalononitrile derivatives.In the last stage, 5-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)-6H-cycloheptapyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-amine synthesized by reaction of 2-amino-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)-5H-cyclohepta[b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile with formamide. And acetamid derivatives obtained by reaction of 2-amino-6,7-dihydro-4-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile, 2-amino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)quinolin-3-carbonitrile, 2-amino-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)-5H-cyclohepta[b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile, 2-amino-6,8-dihydro-4-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)-5H-pyrano[3,4-b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile, 2-amino-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4-(1-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-5H-cyclo hepta[b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile, 2-amino-6,8-dihydro-4-(5-methyl thiophene-2-yl)-5H-pyrano[3,4-b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile with acetyl chloride.The structures of the obtained compounds were determined by the spectroscopic methods. Furthermore 2-amino-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)pyridine-3-carbonitril, 2-amino-(3-methylthiophene-2-yl)pyridine-3-carbonitrile and 2-amino-(5-methylthiophene-2-yl)pyridine-3-carbonitrile derivatives with cyclopentane, cyclohexane, cycloheptane were evaulated as a antimicrobial agent.
