Abstract (EN)
With the development of modern chemistry, the number of compounds synthesized without harming nature has increased by using new methods. The multicomponent reactions synthesized using the principles of green chemistry have become an interesting subject of research because of their biological activity. In this study, three new compounds with heterocyclic fused pyrimidine structure were synthesized using thiopharbituric acid, glucose and various amino acids in one-pot. Acetylcholinesterase enzyme inhibitory activities of synthesized compounds have been investigated. Synthesized compounds were purified by using chromatographic methods. Structure analysis of the compounds were identified with FT-IR, ¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR.
