Özet (EN)

ABSTRACTIn this study, a solid-phase extraction method was developed for Cr(III) and Cr(VI) 's speciation, seperation and enrichment. For this purpose, as an adsorbent for use in solid phase extraction poly (1,3-thiazol-2-yl methacrylamide-co-4-vinyl pyridine-co-divinylbenzene) copolymer was synthesized. Synthesized copolymer was characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR.Optimum parameters of developed enrichment method using model solution: pH:2, type and concentration of the eluent: 4M NH3, eluent volume: 20 mL, sample flow rate: 2 mL/dk, eluent flow rate: 1 mL/dk, sample volume: 150 mL were determined. Method?s Enrichment factor 30 and detection limit 2.4 µg/L was founded. Method?s adsorption capacity and equilibrium binding constant was calculated 80.03 mg/g and 0.018 L/mg, respectively. The developed method were applied to stream water and waste water samples. At the same time, The polymer was applied to certified referance material (CRM) (TMDA-52.3) sample and quantitative results were obtained (R ? 95%).
