Abstract (EN)
Anthraquinones are important and well-known class of polyaromatic compounds that have been used as natural or synthetic component for many dyes, drugs and organic materials. Anthraquinone dyes are the second most important class after the azo dyes. The major advantages of good fastness and their are brightness. Moreover, anthraquinones are approved for use as colorants in cosmetics and foods. A number of natural and synthetic anthraquinones have shown a wide range of pharmacological activities including antitumor, antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiplatelet and neuro protective effects. In this case, a new group of 1,4 and 1,8-disubstitutedantraquinone derivatives were synthesized in the menu of dantron and kinizarin. The synthesized compounds were determined by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR and UV-Vis, elemental analysis method and melting points.
