Abstract (EN)
In this study the entire corpus of Yeni Edebiyat literature magazine, consisting of 24 issues and 35 pages each, published monthly in 'Altın Kitaplar' publising house from 1969 November until 1971 October under the title and control of Dr. Turhan Bozkurt and Doğan Hızlan was analyzed in terms of style and content. Yeni Edebiyat, published over the course of 2 years continuously introduced many domestic and foreign authors and poets to Turkish readers and differed from the other literature magazines of time in the way of book launches, analyzes, surveys, local and domestic news from the literary world it made, panels and symposiums to which it allocated columns in magazine. Yeni Edebiyat magazine offering the readers chance of recognizing many authors and their works thanks to performed discussions, criticism, and interviews taking place in columns the has the characteristics of a resource in which readers supply many documents and information within the context of clear understanding of it's literal, politic, and social mentality place of it's own time.
