The Internet brings a new cultural space and public forms of action, the new communication technologies, and a new pattern of social structure. This aspect of the social impact of the Internet have youth, identity, gender issues, such as seen on. Interact with young people in the chat, exchange ideas, chat with them for the purpose of creating new areas of technology that uses the social category that is most intense. . In this process, there is a virtual nationalized in these areas becomes part of identity formation. Interaction over the Internet and virtual nationalized youth identity as a problematic process of creating a new cause controversy. Degrees of freedom in anonymity and identity are constructed in this process again and again. In particular the Internet and a new cultural space, a space of freedom as well as the emergence of a market economy, a number of new cultural formats quickly inserted into the circulation of individuals of gender is very heterogeneous, hybrid identities allows editting.The purpose of this study was to respect how much differ from traditional media and new communication technologies by examining how young women resemble aspects of gender and social identity-making is to examine what meanings are produced. Before the main concepts used in the study examined the theoretical framework established, then produced on the internet of gender identities in order to analyze the large mass of users in recent years, reaching the publicity feature of Facebook groups that site by scanning the selected groups were examined in the context of discourse analysis method, the identity of a young woman.Key Words: New Communication Technologies, Social Networking Sites, gender, Virtual Publicness, The İdentity Of A Young Woman
