Abstract (EN)
This study aims at the evulation of the new curriculum which was begun to carry out in 2005-2006 education year throughout teacher?s and student?s opinions. This study was applied to 55 biology teachers and 160 students which are in secondary school in districts of Ankara in 2005-2006 education year. In this study , general guestions about curriculum were guestioned and defects in new curriculum were tried to be determined. On attaining success of this programme, diagnostic guestions about student manners of biology were guestioned to students with considering the students? readnes level of learning. Teacher?s guestionnaire includes 22, student?s guestionnaire includes 20 guestions. The views of the teachers were tested by the ?t? test when the group number was two and one way variance analysis when the group number was more then two at the significance level of 0.05 .When the ?F? value in one way variance analysis was significant the group which caused the difference was determined by Scheffe test at the significance level of 0.05. In conclusion, teachers and students make the defects of programme clear and they made suggestions for the solution of these defects with author.
