Abstract (EN)

Digital technologies have been an important hope for the democratic public sphere. Feminist theorists have seen gender equality only in the linguistic revolution and the democratic public sphere. Therefore, the cyberfeminist view has matured. Donna Haraway, the most important theorist of cyberfeminism, brought a new perspective to digital feminism by establishing a platform where digital technologies are based on gender equality beyond gender equality. This new sexless creature, which he describes as a cyborg, can be found again thanks to the developing technology, and technology renders a person asexual. However, underlining the necessity of a linguistic revolution, Haraway is looking for the formation of this revolution by becoming sexless again. In this context, since new media constitutes the most important area of developing technology on the linguistic level, it appears as the most appropriate medium for analyzing the genderlessness and linguistic revolution envisaged by cyberfeminism.
