Abstract (EN)
In this study, firstly, chalcone derivatives was obtained by stirring 3-thiophene carbaldehyde and acetophenone derivatives in the presence of NaOH in ethanol at room temperature (Claisen Schimdt Condenzation). Secondly, pyrazole derivatives was obtained by addition of hydrazine hydrate to synthesized chalcone derivatives in acetic acid for 4 hours at reflux conditions. The structures of obtained chlacone and pyrazole derivatives were characterized using the spectroscopic methods (NMR, IR).
