Abstract (EN)

In our age, technology takes a lot of place in almost every area of our lives. In cities, in traffic, at workplaces, in apartments, we are using the innovations of the age. These innovations bring many changes or additions to many products. The places where there are control mechanisms in the smart vehicles that the software has brought to a new level, automatic usage and safety are increased to another level. In the same way, intelligent systems in homes provide ease of use and security in order to control with devices in the processes we are at home or not. The habit of living in multi-story buildings and the speed of our work make elevators one of the most important parts of the buildings. In this case, the elevators affect the users too much if they have delay or a fault situation. The elevator failure detection and intervention systems applied by the leading companies of the overseas-based sector in their systems are not applied even in the local elevators under the state of the art technology. In old and new local elevator systems, implementing intelligent centralized controls provides serious time savings and facilities. This thesis consists of two main elements. The first main element is the follow-up and intervention system board installed on the elevator control panel. The second key element is the website and mobile interface that handles the data received from the control panel. The system, which is basically formed around these two main elements, brings the users and the elevator company personal to the basic screens by guiding the entry page that is given in an authorized way. In this way, it is ensured that the elevator, routine maintenance status and malfunction are displayed on the Ethernet. In addition, revision interventions can be done with remote access.
