Abstract (EN)

Global conditions are effective in re-shaping the workplace design concept as in many fields. The innovative design approach that has changed during the process has not been able to complete the evolution process in this period. It is an inevitable fact that this architectural perception, which is progressing continuously and alternately, will not be completed in the future. Despite the changing world conditions, people have to work to survive. For this reason, even if the working place and conditions change continuously depending on time and technology, the only thing that does not change is the need and need of human beings for work. The aim of this study is to search for and evaluate the responses of the study area, which is defined as the "new generation", on an interior scale. It is aimed to contribute to the determination of the spatial requirements of the study areas by identifying the generations and revealing their perceptual differences. In order to search for new formation and spatial value provisions of the study areas; the second sub-purpose of the study is to evaluate and evaluate the space that stands out in its own periods and defined as "innovative" within the historical process as of the modern period. At this point it will be possible to read the interior reflections associated with perception and lifestyle. It is aimed to determine how the spatial responses are compatible with the evaluation of the office interior formations corresponding to the new generation understanding in terms of the user. The scope of the study is limited to the "Generation Z", which is the current generation. The analysis of the spatial properties of the "new generation" workspaces, which have been defined by the 21st century, were evaluated in detail within the framework of the work offices that stand out with the beginning of the century. In addition to this, it is to investigate the expectations of generation Z from business life by revealing their perceptions about workplace preferences. In the study, new generation office interior assessment searched with technology, function and aesthetic values. Based on the data obtained, "Yemeksepeti Park" office building was evaluated within the same scope. In this study, the survey method was used to collect data within the main mass and sample selected.
