Abstract (EN)

Rising of world population and increasing trade opportunities as a result of globalization and industrialization has increased the demand for natural resources and energy. International Energy Agency (IEA), identified that world primary energy demand will increase by 40% between the years 2007-2030 in the case of continuation of current energy policies and energy supply preference. A new structure in our country was made in the energy sector after 2000 to reach the high demand growth, increase of sufficient investment and economic productivity. This is an important point in the use of energy for heating purposes during the winter months, especially space-saving due to higher power consumption and the resulting higher costs to conduct a study in this direction is becoming necessity in order to effort. Meet our country's priorities proposed with this paint are intended to provide economic benefits and low power consumption is to warm up with a more comfortable and healthy. This study which is SAN-TEZ project aimed to determine the structural properties of the paint with instrumental methods such as crystal phase properties, chemical bond structure, thermal behavior, partical size distribution, elemental analysis and also this study aimed to determine viscosity and density values of paint which produced by this study for the firs time in Turkey. Thus aimed to determine the conditions of application of the paint on new generation ceramics. In addition, the amount of temperature obtained and power consumed after application of the system is to determine the time dependent change. Key words: Electrical conductivity paint, characterization
