Keywords: Schiff base, methyl ester of anthranilic acid, metal complexes In this work, synthesis of Schiff base ligand from 2-hydroxy-1-napthaldehyde and methyl ester of anthranilic acid was carried out. Then, new Schiff base metal complexes were obtained by using metal acetate salts(Cu, Ni, Zn, Mn, Cd, Co). For determining the structure of the synthesized compounds as FT-IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR, UV, MS spectroscopic methods and melting point determination was used. The catalytic bleaching properties the morin and curcumin stain of the synthesis complexes were investigated.
