Abstract (EN)

The classical social movements are giving their place to the new social movements due to failing to satisfy the find more creative solutions to the occurred problems as a result of the globalization. The new social movements are placing importance on the pluralist structure of the society instead of the revolutionary ideology. In this study; the new social movements increased its importance, has analyzed specific to The Society of the Muslim Brothers in Egypt. Egypt has completed late the being a nation state process and impressed of the old colonialist states as like England. The inequality has sharpened as a result of the performed neoliberal policies in the state. The persons felt alone themselves and become distant from the society due to unemployment, poverty, migration to the big cities etc. and finally, the state has shirked its duty. The Islamic non-governmental organizations tried to complete the inadequacy of the social services. When we researched The Society of the Muslim Brothers which is an important resource of the Islamic movement in Egypt, we have reached the end of The Society of the Muslim Brothers is satisfying the needs of the society by the mobilizing the resources and they are reaching to the places where is the state fails to satisfy. Thereby, the person has made a part of the society with the help of The Society of the Muslim Brothers while it was alone in the past. The association which precedes with its Islamic identification, has been trying again to set up its Islamic Id with modernization. It is clear that the societycomes into power, cannot dispose the nation state reflexes and therefore they are unsuccessful to providing the power in the country.
