Abstract (EN)

The aim of the research is to examine the self-efficacy of classroom teachers in designing digital teaching materials based on web 2.0 tools in the context of innovation transfer. The study group of the research consists of classroom teachers working in public and private education institutions in the hinge district of Muğla province. A study group was formed with the purposeful sampling method in order to collect the data easily and make it accessible. The method of the research is mixed method. For the quantitative data of the research; "Teachers' Digital Teaching Material Development Self-Efficacy Scale" developed by Korkmaz, Arıkaya and Altıntaş, (2019) as a data collection tool, and for qualitative data; Using the semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher, data were collected and appropriate statistical analyzes were made. As a result of the research, in the context of innovation transfer, classroom teachers' self-efficacy in developing and designing digital teaching materials based on web 2.0 tools and their negative perspectives were determined; It was determined whether there was a significant difference between them in terms of seniority (year of service), gender, classes they taught and working status in private and public institutions, and appropriate discussions and suggestions were made.
