The policy of woman employment in local administration

Tıtle Of Thesıs: The Policy of Woman Employment in Local Administration Every passing day, on the changing world conditions human needs and servers giving services to these needs have been increasing and differentiating. In this aspect as being local administration in Turkey, municipalities? services is increasing and differentiating. Being the closest servers to people Municipalities have to protect the benefits of different groups in the society. In this sense, a local administration protecting sexual differences in society will contribute to women to be individual in the society and will serve them to utilize from the services in the maximum level. In the municipal planning, the city will be suitable to live for the women if the sexual differences are considered. Moreover taking part as labor force in the society and recovering the working conditions for women have to be included in the services of the municipalities. In this study, the place and necessity of local administrations in Turkey and the world the policies to the women of the municipalities has been examined. The services of health, education, enjoyment, resting, employment and attendance to the decision mechanism of the municipalities have been included by giving examples from different municipalities. From these services especially and firstly the women employment, in the subject of empowering the economic condition of women has been tried to emphasize. In the employment, the vocational and the ability courses of municipalities have been specified as having an important place. In that aspect, a questionnaire has been applied to the women in the Vocational Courses of İzmit Municipality. According to the results the strong relationship between the education of these courses and employment has been introduced. In the light of literature scanning and research results; it has been come through that the vocational courses of municipalities could be an effective server for the employment policies of municipalities.
