On this research, the concept of local government, forms, the local governments in the world and Turkey has been given information about the customization concept, objectives, methods will be described. Central and local governments in the world and in Turkey customization applications will be reviewed.After mentioning about the legal basis for privatization in Turkey, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality customization of applications will be reviewed and analyzed, within the framework of privatization of municipal regulation applications are being reviewed and the results will be evaluated
