Abstract (EN)

Global social entrepreneurship activities have become an extremely important issue for local governments as a fact that affects the development of the country and even provides a competitive advantage. For this reason, both in Turkey and in the world, local governments, carry out social entrepreneurship activities in a variety of ways and means. In addition to the basic obligations of local governments that produce and provide services at the local level, a large part of their services for youth, women, the unemployed and disadvantaged groups are within the scope of corporate social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility is an indicator of the development of social solidarity, an extremely positive concept in terms of corporate image, and a strategic communication tool that requires expertise. With this study, the definition of the concept of social entrepreneurship, its importance, the factors affected by its development were discussed, the application areas of social municipalism were examined, and subsequently, it was successfully developed as a social responsibility project with the need to meet the needs of university students between the ages of 18-30 and plan effective activities that will prepare them for the future. It was aimed to examine the necessity of the Social Youth Desk put into practice. The application areas, aims and duties, activities, sustainability, dissemination and the contribution of the social responsibility project implemented by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality to the young generations were examined
