Public's expectation from sport and exercise fields belonged to municipality (Elazig city sample)

Investigation of opinions of individuals, who benefit from sport services served up by municipalities, about sport services as some variable was purposed in this research. Totally 500 individuals as 263 female and 237 male, who benefit from sport services served up by municipalities in Elazig city, participated in research. "Expectation Scale from Sport Services" developed by Genc (2016) was used in research to identify participants' opinions about sport services served up by municipalities (1). Descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis H test in SPSS 22.0 data analysis program were used in analysis of data obtained. It was established that participants' doing sport regularly habits was low level, they benefit from sport services served up by municipalities as 2-3 times in a week, they think sport services served up by municipalities are inadequate. It was established that capacity inadequate, trainer deficiency and dress rooms are not opened to public were head of inadequate. It was identified that participants took medium level score in numeral adequate, preferences and communication factors, they took over of medium level score in service adequate and recreative factors. Besides, it was established that participants' opinions about sport services were differentiated as their gender, age group, education level, occupational group, income level, doing sport status regularly, preference time slice to do sport, weekly day count to do sport, weekly time period of sport fields usage to do sport, finding sport fields adequate statuses (p<0,05).
