Abstract (EN)
It is thought that local governments are responsible for carrying on works to make people's leisure time productive and to raise quality of life. Especially it is seen that they diversify the services with the works being held in limited recration areas. They are the closest institutions that have possibility to answer social needs quickly, operatively and flexibly. Not only local governments but also their stakeholders are seen to be serving the society. But the purposes of stakeholders' service, how they motivate themselves or the expectations of them are seen uncertain. That's why the stakeholders within the body of Eskisehir Metropolitan Municipilaty, Eskisehir Tepebasi Municipilaty and Eskisehir Odunpazari Municipilaty are interviewed and the stakeholders' directors are consulted to determine their motivations. In the study, the data obtained from stakeholders of the municipality and semistructured interviews were used, these data are analyzed by 2 experts common codes have emerged by providing a consensus coalition. As a research according to the findings, the stakeholders evaluated opportunities in cooperation with the municipalities, among the most motivations of stakeholders customer satisfaction and money and investment, in terms of types of activities in recreation areas, they have sponsored in sports, arts and education and social service was seen as the forefront. It's thought that the determined motivation features will set up a substructure to guide both for the municipilaties and the stakeholder companies.
