Özet (EN)
Urbanization is an ecological issue that has different effects on living things. While many species are negatively affected, some species are known to benefit from the advantages of urbanization. Birds are also among the groups affected by urbanization. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of seasons and settlements on bird species and individual numbers distributed in different settlements. For this purpose, studies were carried out to determine bird species in 2 cities, 14 districts and 18 villages. A total of 57 bird species have been identified. Of the species, 22% (13) were identified in cities, 57% (33) in districts, and 73% (42) in villages. In the villages where the richest species diversity is seen, 27 species were recorded in the autumn period. It has been observed that the number of individuals is higher in each settlement in the winter period than in other periods. It has been determined that there is an inverse relationship between the number of species and population density in the autumn period. While the number of individuals belonging to a certain species increases, the decrease in species diversity shows the negative effects of urban areas on biodiversity. It is thought that the data obtained from the study will help to understand the negative effects of urbanization on bird species and to protect species diversity in these habitats.
