The analyzing of feasibility of CORS method in the cadastral measurement in residential areas

With the establishment of CORS networks in our country, applications of GNSS CORS method is one of the most recent and current which is also commonly used with increasing importance in present.Thesis work includes, the 30 units of cadastral point in the settlement area, with the static GPS measurements depending on the IGS stations was evaluated using the SOPAC archive data. In this manner the updated coordinates of the points, have been obtained in the most recent version of ITRF. Depending on the İSKİ-UKBS network, using the virtual reference station (VRS) and the area correction parameters (FKP) techniques, CORS method measurements were made. Obtained data as a result of static measurement compared with the classic measurement, RTK and CORS method and the differences have been analyzed. Moreover, VRS and FKP techniques were used in the method of CORS, obtained with the same session and difference session results have been compared and analyzed. In this way, feasibility of CORS method in the cadastral measurement have been endeavored to analyze.In the measurements stated that the majority of cadastral points are usually provided for cm with the precision positioning. However, influences of decreasing the accuracy of RTK and CORS method have been established. Absolute differences and offsets are occurred because of the coordinate system differences in these methods.
