The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the critical success factors of the "Green Human Resources Management" system. The Green Human Resources Management system has been examined under the "Ability-Motivation-Opportunity" theory. As a result of the literature review, Green Human Resources Management system factors were determined as "Green Recruitment", "Green Training and Development", "Green Performance Evaluation" , "Green Award Management ", "Green Employee Participation" and "Green Organization Culture". The sample group of the study is eight human resource management department managers with an environmental engineering background. Purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample group. In the evaluation of critical success factors, a questionnaire form based on paired comparison created after literature review was used. DEMATEL (The Decision Making Trial And Evaulation Laboratory) method, one of the multiple decision making techniques with the help of the Excel program, was used to evaluate the data obtained in the study. As a result of the analyze, it has been determined that the critical success factors of the "Green Human Resources Management" system are the "Green Organization Culture", "Green Employee Participation" and "Green Education and Development".
