Abstract (EN)

Organik food came into our lives in the 20th century, with the increase in food demand and the use of third world chemical inputs to obtaim more products that can be contaminated. Organic food can be defined as 'fertilizers, antibiotics, preservatives, additives, a production concept that sets serious limits on the amount of artificial inputs and aims to improve ecological diversity, focused on human, animal and environmental welfare.' When organic food consumption and consumer behavior are examined, factors such as attitude, demographic and socio-economic characteristics, reference groups and personal norms come to the fore. This aim is to examine the factors affecting the organic food attitude of consumers. Factors affecting organic food come to the fore as health awareness, past experinece and personal values. The contribution of this study is to help those who have research on the organic food portfolio to understand the motivations of the consumer and to develop effective strategies in order to direct consumption accordingly.
