Abstract (EN)
The effects of people on the envirmeonment are also increasing with the increase in the world population. Natural resources are being consumed more and more and wastes that take so much time to disappear are constantly thrown away in the environnt. In the framework of environmental policies, the use of recyclable products in production processes is of great importance for businesses, as wastes polluting nature are desired to be suitable for recycling. This will be possible with the implementation of green supply chain management by enterprises. When businesses implement green supply chain management, how it will affect business performance is a subject that has been researched. In this research, the effect of green supply chain management on business performance and the regulatory role of collaborative communication are examined. In this context, survey data obtained from businesses operating in Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Kilis were analyzed by establishing a Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to the results of the analysis, while it has been determined that the internal environment management has a positive effect on the environmental performance of the enterprise, its effect on the economic performance has not been determined, and it has been observed that environmental cooperation with suppliers and environmental cooperation with customers have a positive effect on the environmental and economic performance of the enterprise. In addition, as a result of the interaction between green supply chain management variables and collaborative communication variables, it has been seen that the collaborative communication environment has a regulatory role in the effect of internal environmental management and environmental cooperation with suppliers on the environmental performance of the enterprise, and it has been observed that the collaborative communication environment has a regulatory role in the effect of environmental cooperation with suppliers on the economic performance of the enterprise, and the remaining interactions do not have a regulatory role on the performance of the enterprise.
