Relationship between the perceived quality, and perceived risk and diffusion for the green reverse logistics products

In this study, the relationship between quality perception and risk perception and diffusion variables related to green logistics products is examined. In this context, the research model which was developed and were tested on consumers in different occupational groups residing in Gaziantep with using face-to-face survey technique. The obtained data were tested in AMOS statistical program by establishing Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to the findings obtained in this study, it was found that there is a relationship between quality perception and risk perception and green reverse logistic product diffusion. In this study, it has been observed that risk types (functional, psychological, sociological, financial) influence negatively on quality perception while physical risk does not seem influence the quality perception. Quality perception affects GRL (Green Reverse Logistics) diffusion positively; whereas perceived risk (psychological, sociological) was found to affect diffusion in the negative direction. It has been determined that the quality perception, risk perception, and GRL product diffusion variables differ according to the demographic characteristics of the individuals.
