A field study about the use dimensions of emotional intelligence on the basis of talent management

This thesis was written for to be the aim of this course is to examine the concepts of talent management and emotional intelligence in a wide framework and to explain its use in business life in today's economic competitive environment. It has been examined to cover all stages of how the perception of talent management is formed within the enterprise. In addition, it has been studied with the dimensions of emotional intelligence by focusing on how it affects the individual in business life. To achieve this goal, the research model and hypotheses are developed and these developed hypotheses and models were tested in a sample which was composed of 153 people working in the software industry as a white-collar with more than 6 months of experience.
