The sufficency of educators working in adult education

In this research the evaluation of courses has been made by the perspective of the people attending the courses.Within this scope, At the 2013-2014 education year 308 people attending the courses have been conducted questionnaires.The people attending the courses have answered to the statements which are related to the sufficiency of trainners, the content of the course program and their educational attaintments. This research is a relational screening model research. According to the demographic specialities of the people attending courses, It has been researched that if there has been meaningful varieance to the peoples' statements.In this research,frequency analysis, percent, independent sample t test and one way varience analysis have been applied.From Post hoc anylsis, Tukey analysis has been prefered which is the most sensitive to the alfa error. There are some of the results have been attained.Men have stated more than woman that they take part more in ecomomical life after they have completed.Women have stated more than men that the course they have attended have given a meaning to their life.Primary and Seconadry School Graduates have stated more than Master's Degree Graduates that the course they have attained have helped more them to discover their talents.The People who are attending to the courses to develop their vocational qualifications have stated more than the others that they can use the knowledge they have learned during the classes in daily life.
