The Male Gender Role Stress Scale (MBSRS), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RBSS), Psychological Well-Being Scale (PBI) and sociodemographic data form were used to collect data from the participants. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26.0 Statistics Package Program. While analyzing the data, T-Test for Independent Samples was used to compare the scale scores with two groups of variables, and One-Way Analysis of Variance was used to compare the scale scores with three groups or more variables. (LSD) Post Hoc Tests were used to determine which group component was responsible for the values that differed between the groups. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to examine the relationship between the scales. The mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between male gender role stress and psychological well-being levels was analyzed with Process Macro (v3.4.1) application. As a result of the analysis, a significant negative relationship was found between male gender role stress and self-esteem and psychological well-being levels. It was concluded that self-esteem had a partial mediating effect between male gender role stress and psychological well-being levels.
