Socio-demographic Form, Religious Coping Scale, Brief Psychological Resilience Scale and Spiritual Gratitude Scale were used to collect data. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson Product Momentier Correlation and Linear Multiple Regression Analysis were used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, no significant difference was found when analyzed in terms of religious coping and gender, age, educational status and marital status. No significant difference was found when psychological resilience and gender, age and educational status were analyzed. A statistical difference was found between psychological resilience and marital status. No significant difference was found between spiritual gratitude and gender, age, education level and marital status. The total mean values of Syrian individuals' positive religious coping, psychological resilience and spiritual gratitude scales indicate that they have high religious coping, high psychological resilience and high spiritual gratitude. As a result of the correlational analysis, it was found that there was a positive relationship between positive religious coping and psychological resilience, a positive relationship between positive religious coping and spiritual gratitude, and a positive relationship between psychological resilience and spiritual gratitude. On the other hand, no relationship was found between negative religious coping and psychological resilience and spiritual gratitude. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, psychological resilience, positive religious coping explained 21% of the total variance in spiritual gratitude, and religious coping and psychological resilience predicted spiritual gratitude.
