Özet (EN)

This is a study conducted to examine the relationship between the levels of fear of compassion and life satisfaction and mindfulness levels of adult individuals between the ages of 18-65, and whether there are significant differences according to some variables. The sample of the study consists of randomly selected (156 female, 51 male). For data collection, the "Fear of Compassion Scale," ''Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,'' ''Adults Life Satisfaction Scale'' and a "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher were used. A "Normality Test" was conducted to determine whether the data was normally distributed. The data were found to be normally distributed, thus "Parametric Tests," including the "İndependent samples t-test" and "One Way ANOVA" test, were employed. According to the results of this research, there is a positive and significant relationship between adults mindfulness levels and life satisfaction. There is a significant negative relationship between levels of conscious awareness and levels of fear of compassion. It was determined that there was a significant negative relationship between levels of fear of compassion and life satisfaction.
