Resarchment on the impact of leader sense of coordinator chef assemblies on human resources behavoirs in food and beverage service provi̇ders

In this study, the technical competencies of coordinator chefs working in food and beverage service providers and the influence of their leadership competencies on the behaviors of employees were investigated. Research has been done on catering companies employees. Participants' data were collected through questionnaires. The collected data were first subjected to frequency analysis, and then the reliability and validity analyzes of the used scales were performed. T-test and Anova tests were performed before and after the normality test to see if the demographic variables produced differences on the research variables. Finally, correlations and regression tests were performed to examine the relationships between variables. According to the outcome, there is no difference in demographic variables, leadership competencies, technical competencies and behaviors. In addition, the leadership competencies and technical competencies of coordinators chefs influence the behavior of employees.
