Because; doing the job in a conscious way willincrease the pleasure that the service workers get from the job and also, theirself trust and further, will influence the connection with the establishment, in apositive way.Up to now, in Turkish Republic of North Cyprus (T.R.N.C.), noinformation was found about any study, searching the effect of inservicetraining to work satisfaction of service workers, cluring the investigation ofsecondary data for the foundation of constitutional basis of the study.Searches, up to day, have been generally in hotel establishments and inpurpose of the statement of the thoughts of the managers. Also, it has beenseen that, searches performed, anly tried to make situational statements andbrought only suggestions front.In this study, based open the technics of applied field investigation; inthe begining, the factors upon satisfaction of service workers and theirthoughts about inservice training have been found out. Later, an educationalapplication of one-week-time has been performed upon same workers. Asecond questionnaire was made upon same workers to measure of; the giventraining?s effect on satisfaction of workers and finding out whether inservicetraining has served its purpose.Data obtained this study, completed in a long process, and thesuggestions made depending on this data, have beeen targeting somemaintainance in country?s tourism sector and to be a step and a sample forthe studies from now on and for the people, hoped to use this suggestions.Key Word: 1) Inservice trainning, 2) Food and beverage, 3.
