Abstract (EN)

Currently, artificial intelligence is widely employed across various domains, including the healthcare sector. The utilization of artificial intelligence in the realm of healthcare aims to promptly initiate therapy for patients by accurately diagnosing their conditions and thereafter facilitating the most effective treatment procedures. Physiotherapists play a crucial role in the healthcare team that operates in intensive care units. This work involved the development of a decision support system based on analyses of patient data. The goal was to assist physiotherapists in selecting a treatment strategy that is both more effective and faster. The system utilizes data from patients who are hospitalized in intensive care units. Data from 56 hospitalized patients in the KTU Faculty of Medicine's Chest Diseases Intensive Care Unit were utilised. The studies produced performance results of 85–95 percent. This developed system is intended to introduce an innovation in artificial intelligence applications in healthcare, providing convenience to healthcare professionals working in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Furthermore, the advancement of this technology is expected to benefit other healthcare practitioners.
