Poverty alimony

The topic of this research, poverty alimony, is placed in care allimonyamong the current alimony types in Turkish Law. The main reasons to bringthis alimony into effect are to provide a support for the divorced woman whomay get into poverty due to the divorce, and to maintain the cooperation,existed between the couples during the marriage, also after the divorce.The provisions to award poverty alimony are established in the law.Even with the provisions stated in the law, since some cases do not includeall the details, this issues was shaped by Decisions of Court of Appeals anddoctrines.Regulations broght by 4721 numbered law adopted the principle ofequity between man and woman in demand of alimony.
