Abstract (EN)

Many countries aimed at setting up GNSS Based Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) usable for both territorially and locally with the target of presenting to the end-users with accuracy obtained from satellite-based positioning systems as enhanced up to centimeter-level precision. Also, with the project of TUSAGA Aktif (CORS-TR) which is founded and started up in our country with a similar approach, it is now possible to locate positions almost everywhere in Turkey in Real-time Kinematic (RTK). In this study, 3 periods of measurements were conducted in different days and times by VRS and FKP from the methods of CORS measurement at 100 points of T39 service way of the road project occurred in the scope of Wind Energy Plant in the country of Dinar, Afyon. These points were also measured through Post-Processing Kinematic method and the accuracy analysis of these methods was done. Coordinates obtained from these measuring methods were evaluated in comparison with coordinates computed on the basis of total station measurement. By this thesis, the availability and reliability of the positional data obtained from TUSAGA Aktif (CORS-TR) stations have been revealed by determining the accuracy in road project.
