Abstract (EN)
This study is based on the relationship between managerial behaviors and employee creativity, and for this purpose, it aimed to investigate the existing relationships between managerial behaviors and employee creativity dimensions, and these were examined on a quantitative and primary basis. data. The research sample consists of 389 employees from different logistics companies operating in Kütahya and Djibouti. In the analysis, it was determined that transactional and transformational leadership had an effect on employee creativity.
