Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the individual values of the managers on the perception of social responsibility and to examine the causal relationships between them and to determine which dimensions of the individual values of the managers are associated with which corporate social responsibility dimensions within this relationship pattern. For this purpose, the sample of the research was composed of top, middle and lower level managers working in companies operating in the automotive, food, industry and service sectors in Turkey. Data were collected through a questionnaire from a sample of 111 people, and Cronbach's Alpha and simple linear regression analysis methods were used in the analysis of the data. It was examined which dimensions of the individual values of the managers affected which dimensions from the perceptions of corporate social responsibility. It has been concluded that the values of conformity, universalism-nature and universalism-concern, which are among the individual values of the managers, have a significant and positive effect on their perceptions of customers, employees, society and the environment from the dimensions of corporate social responsibility.
