Abstract (EN)

The age we live in is an age in which confidence crises are experienced at an extreme level. In today's world, historical and sociological transformations have an important role and effect in the emergence of trust problems. At the beginning of these changes and transformations, there is no doubt that globalization, modernization, industrial revolution, urbanization, etc. is coming . Not only individuals affected by changes and transformations, but also the social structures and elements formed by individuals have been affected and have had their share. In this context, in our study, the changes and transformations that the management phenomenon has undergone in the historical process are discussed in the context of culture and values that are an element of culture. Nevertheless, it has been tried to investigate the extent to which culture, and especially the value of trust, affects the phenomenon of management. This research was conducted in İslahiye district of Gaziantep province 1. It was carried out by using in-depth interview techniques with 20 people selected within the scope of the qualitative method on "blue-collar" and "white-collar" employees working in the textile sector in the Organized Industrial Zone. In the light of the data and findings obtained as a result of the research, it was concluded that adherence to social values increases the acceptance of corporate culture and social trust affects corporate trust. However, some of the results we have reached in line with our research data are that marital status does not affect the formation of corporate culture and the acquisition of trust value. Key words: Corporate culture, management, trust, culture, values
