Abstract (EN)
This essay is intended to examine the concept of governance discussed in public administration, political science and economics since 1990 in terms of globalization process in the worldwide. In this context, the first section emphasies on the matter of globalization and its historical progress, then the second section clarifies the links between globalisation and governance. In the final section, it is going to make an evaluation in general.
