Yorgo Bacanos's ud improvisations

In this work, taksims (instrumental improvisation )öf Yorgo Bacanos, who is widely accepted by the music authorities as one of the virtuosos of the instrument, ud, have been examined. 'In this examination, the course characteristics of his taksims, melodic movements of the pitches used, and frequency values, Bacanos' his own motifs, the stretches he used in his taksims, modulations in terms of makams (modes) have been reviewed. Samples of etudes in various makams have been formed to be used in practising ud, in accordance with the data acquired.
