Molecular investigation of some lichen species in Yozgat Bozok University lichen herbarium

It is primarily the process of biodiversity for a country's flora to work. In this study, the general appearance of rDNA in the whole field of Yozgat Boz University Like (similar to the collected base sample) and the PCR examination of the gene regions in the Yozgat Boz University-Like field (in the related examination), the control of the relevant gene regions by analysis, the results obtained are comparable to the control in the gene bank. The results are compared with the results obtained in the gene bank, and similarities and similarities between species are planned.
